THE BIZAR THERAPY PHILOSOPHY

“I believe that all people who come to see me have both positive and negative behaviors. I work effectively with issues related to families. Among these are abuse, relationships, aging, and grief/loss. My practice includes individual and family group therapy. At times individuals need to meet with the family in a safe environment. My purpose is to assist clients to choose the best path for themselves in reaching their chosen goals. They will discover that the issues that confront them have solutions. Each person will come to realize which solution will bring them what they want.

I don't choose to follow any specific therapeutic approach. Each individual is unique; therefore, I am eclectic in my practice. Clients come to see me through private referrals and this directory. As my practice has been predominately in school-based clinics, I work well with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

I have the ability to identify the issues that clients are not able to recognize, while working with them in a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. With an easy-going personality, I use humor and self-exploration to challenge each person to come to an understanding about him or herself.”

......................Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
